UNEC rose to 250th in the world in Economics
The QS World University Rankings by Subject 2026 has been announced. UNEC has achieved significant results again this time.
Aztəhsil.az reports that UNEC has ranked 365th in the world among the best universities in the broad field of Social Sciences and Management. This figure was 501-550 in 2024 and 401-450 in 2025.
Most importantly, UNEC was represented in the global ranking with only one specialty in 2023-2025, and with 3 specialties in 2026.
UNEC is the 201-250th best university in the world for Economics and Econometrics, 301-350th for Business and Management, and 751-850th for Computer Science and Information Systems. UNEC confirms its status as the leading university in the region in the field of economics and business.
UNEC will continue to raise its name to higher peaks, successfully fulfilling President Ilham Aliyev's instruction: "Azerbaijan State University of Economics must be a world-class university!"
