Today, in the Khatai, Narimanov, Garadagh, Surakhani, Sabail, Pirallahi districts of Baku city, Ganja (Part I), Samukh, Yevlakh, Shamkir (Part I), Aghstafa, Shaki, Lankaran (Part I), Astara, Yardimli, Aghdam (including Kangarli, Khidrli village secondary schools) Aghjabadi, Shusha, Khankendi (City School No. 4 and Karkicahan village secondary school), Kalbajar (City School No. 1), Khojaly (City School No. 1 and Ballija village secondary schools), Ujar, Zardab, Shamakhi, Imishli, Hajiqabul, Bilasuvar, Gusar, Siyazan, Khizi and Shabran, the State Examination Center conducted the final exam for general (9-year) secondary education.
According to information provided to Aztəhsil.az by the State Examination Center, a total of 207 examination buildings and 3664 examination halls were allocated in the cities and districts where the exam was held. 601 examination supervisors and general supervisors, 4554 invigilators, 670 access control staff (security), and 207 building representatives were assigned to manage the exams.
A total of 49701 students were expected to participate in the exam.
54 students with limited health opportunities (visually impaired, cerebral palsy, hearing impaired, and others) also participated in the exam. Special halls were allocated in the examination buildings to ensure their comfort during the exam, and individual invigilators were assigned to those with visual impairments due to 81-100% loss of bodily functions. Facilities were also created for students with mobility impairments to enter and move within the buildings and halls.
It should be noted that due to the existing weather conditions, the helicopter flight and ferry services to Chilov Island were postponed, and the exam time there was also changed. The students (3 people) will be informed when the exam date is finalized.
Based on preliminary information, 4 individuals were expelled from the exam for possessing mobile phones, and an investigation is underway.
There were also students who did not have the required documents to participate in the exam – those who forgot their ID cards at home, came to the exam with a copy of their identity document, or brought a school-issued photo ID without a picture on their ID card.
We remind students participating in future exams to be careful with their documents. When coming to the exam, do not forget to bring your admission ticket and the original of your identity document (students without a photo on their ID card should bring, along with other documents, a certificate issued by the educational institution with their photo attached (a 3x4cm photo is attached to the certificate and the photo is confirmed with a seal)).
Processing of exam protocols and answer sheets at the SEC will begin on April 6.
Since the verification of open-ended tasks requiring written answers used in the exam is time-consuming, the results are expected to be announced after 6 weeks.
We remind you that participants are allowed to take the question booklets with them after the exam is completed.
The correct answers to the test questions (closed and codable open-ended) used in the exam will be posted on the website of the State Examination Center tomorrow during the day.
