18 children met with their mothers in the correctional facility.

A meeting was organized for 18 children, residents of social service institutions and deprived of parental care, with their mothers in Penitentiary Institution No. 4.

Aztəhsil.az reports that the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population released information on this matter.

It was noted that the purpose of the meeting is to create an opportunity for convicted women to spend more time with their family members, to ensure their social rehabilitation, and to prevent recidivist crimes that may be committed by them after their release.
