Presidential awardee Ulviyya Akhundova was appointed to a position
The position of Head of the Youth Affairs Department of the Ministry of Youth and Sports has been entrusted to Ulviyya Akhundova.
Aztəhsil.az reports that in this regard, the Minister of Youth and Sports, Farid Gayibov, signed a relevant order.
It should be noted that Ulviyya Akhundova served as Deputy Head of the Ministry's Youth Affairs Department from October 2023 until this appointment.
She received her bachelor's degree in the SABAH groups of Azerbaijan State University of Economics from 2014 to 2018. Currently, she is continuing her master's studies at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University.
In 2023, Ulviyya Akhundova, by the relevant order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was awarded the Presidential Award for Youth for her activities in the field of "Youth Policy and Work with Youth".
She actively participated in the organization of a number of national and international initiatives in the fields of youth development, promotion of national and moral values, youth public participation, and international cooperation.
From 2015 to 2023, she engaged in active public activities in various youth and civil society organizations, leading a number of projects and programs.
