For students and graduates Real work experience at the Ministry – Enlightener program

Starting from March 11, the registration process for the next – IV stage of the “Maarifçi” student-graduate internship program begins, with the initiative of the Ministry of Science and Education and the support of the Education Development Fund. 
 

This time, the program, held under the slogan “Digital Future”, is intended for citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who are final-year bachelor's students, those studying at the master's level, as well as graduates who have completed their education within the last 3 years.

Within the framework of the 4-month “Maarifçi” program, selected participants will have the opportunity to undertake internships in various structural divisions and subordinate bodies of the Ministry of Science and Education, regional education departments, as well as the Ministry of Education of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

The purpose of the program is to provide students and recent graduates with experience in a real work environment, to enhance their knowledge and skills, and to support them in applying theoretical knowledge in practice and acquiring professional habits.

It should be noted that in 2024–2025, the program has already been successfully implemented for the third consecutive time, and a total of 102 individuals have graduated. Of these, 50 individuals have already been employed in the Ministry of Science and Education and its subordinate bodies, as well as in various structural divisions of the Ministry of Education of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
