BMU students have achieved SUCCESS in the robot olympiad

Students of the dual degree program (BMU-INHA DDP) implemented between Baku Engineering University (BMU) and INHA University of the Republic of Korea achieved high results in various categories at the Azerbaijan stage of the “Fibonacci” international robot olympiad.

It was reported from BMU to Aztəhsil.az that the team represented by Hakim Musazadə, a third-year student of the electronics engineering specialization of the DDP, was awarded first place in the “Mega Sumo” category in the competition. 

The team qualified for the next round to be held in Antalya.

The team, of which Tahirə Bəylərova, a third-year student of the electronics engineering specialization of the DDP, was a member, completed the maze in 11 seconds in the “Maze” category, securing first place. 
The team participating with Ülkər Rəhimli, another third-year student of this specialization, completed the given map in 27 seconds in the “Line Follower” category, earning third place.

Professors from the University of Toronto, University of Bologna, University of Edinburgh, Lazarski University, and University College London, as well as several leading higher education institutions in Turkey, participated as guests in the Olympiad and highlighted new trends in the field of technology.

Representatives of various government agencies and organizations also participated in the event, sharing their thoughts on technology and the future of education.

It should be noted that the next stage of the “Fibonacci” international robot olympiad will be held in Antalya, Turkey, from April 22-26. The final stage is planned to take place in Italy.
