On Sunday more than 62 thousand students will take graduation exams

On March 15, the State Examination Center (SEC) will conduct graduation examinations for the full (11-year) secondary education level in the Qaradağ, Binəqədi, Xətai, Suraxanı, Yasamal districts of Baku city, Abşeron (Part II), Sumqayıt (Part II), Gəncə (Part II), Mingəçevir, Samux, Göygöl, Daşkəsən, Gədəbəy, Qazax, Tovuz, Sabirabad, Saatlı, İmişli, Biləsuvar, Göyçay, Şamaxı, Qobustan, İsmayıllı, Ağsu, Masallı, Astara, Yardımlı, Lerik, Ağcabədi, Beyləqan, Ağdam (including Khidirli, Kangarli village full secondary schools), Khojaly (City School No. 1 and Ballıca village secondary schools), Khankendi (City School No. 4), Shusha (City School No. 1), Lachin (City Full Secondary School No. 2, Zabukh and Sus village full secondary schools), Kalbajar (City Full Secondary School No. 1), Qax, Balakən, Zaqatala, Quba, Khizi, and Qusar. 

It was reported from the SEC to Aztəhsil.az that on March 15, students studying in special schools (boarding schools, schools located in correctional facilities) in Baku city, as well as those studying in schools where instruction is in Georgian, will also take the examination.

The examination will start at 11:00. The admission regime will end at 10:45. Participants arriving after this time will not be admitted to the examination building. 

To ensure participants can comfortably enter the examination building, various arrival times have been set for the building, and these times are indicated on the examination participant's admission ticket. Therefore, it is necessary to arrive at the examination building at the time specified on the admission ticket.

Students must bring the following documents to the examination: 

- Examination admission ticket;

- Original of the identity document:

a) Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including participants under 16 years of age) must present their identity card;

b) Foreigners and stateless persons must present their permits issued by the State Migration Service, while foreign citizens who have received refugee status and their family members must present their refugee certificates;

- Participants whose identity cards do not contain a photograph must, in addition to other documents, present a certificate issued by the educational institution with their photograph affixed (a 3x4cm photograph of the participant is affixed to the certificate and confirmed with a seal). Students can download the certificate to be issued by the educational institution for the graduation examination from the SEC's website.

Examination participants can print and obtain their admission tickets from the SEC's website starting from March 5.

It should be noted that a total of 267 examination buildings and 4645 examination halls have been allocated in the cities and districts where the examinations will be held. For the management of the examinations, 267 general examination supervisors, 767 examination supervisors, 5776 invigilators, 807 admission regime employees (security), and 267 building representatives have been assigned.

The participation of 62033 students is expected in the examination to be held on March 15.

67 students with limited health capabilities (visually impaired, cerebral palsy, hearing impaired, and others) will also participate in the examination. Special halls have been allocated in the examination buildings to ensure they can take the examination comfortably, and individual invigilators have been assigned to persons determined to be visually impaired due to 81-100 percent impairment of bodily functions. Conditions have also been created for students with mobility impairments to enter and move within the building and hall. Furthermore, special training has been conducted with the invigilators assigned to participants with limited health capabilities.

Currently, training seminars are being conducted with invigilators, examination supervisors, and security personnel who will participate in the examinations. All examination buildings have been inspected, and the necessary conditions have been created in the examination halls for applicants to take the examination comfortably.

To ensure security, examination centers are also being re-inspected, and examination halls, entrance-exit doors, and buildings are sealed and placed under the protection of employees of the Main Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
