Məleykə Abbaszada criticized TUTORS: these individuals or courses attract such students by giving certain promises

Statistics show that students who have weak fundamental knowledge and skills in lower grades cannot improve their performance in subsequent periods.

- However, individuals or courses engaged in out-of-school private tutoring attract such students by giving certain promises. In the final outcome, when those students fail to achieve the required score two years later, they try to place the responsibility more on the exam and its difficulty.

- Yet, a parent can determine approximately how many points their child, who takes an exam in the 9th grade, will be able to score in the 11th grade. All of this is included in our analyses.
