A schoolboy reportedly shot his father for scolding him... – DETAILS of the murder in Ganja
Aztəhsil.az, citing Yurd.Media, reports that the incident was reportedly caused by the father scolding his child to study.
- The deceased, 44-year-old Elchin Nagiyev, worked as a history teacher and deputy director at Kalbajar District Secondary School No. 71, located in Gushchu village, Dashkasan district. He was a father of four children.
- The suspect in committing the crime is his 17-year-old son, K. Nagiyev, who practices judo. He has been detained by police officers and handed over to the investigation.
It should be noted that, regarding the incident, a criminal case has been initiated by the Ganja City Prosecutor's Office under Article 120.1 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code, and the minor has been apprehended as a suspect by the city prosecutor's office in connection with the case.
