Bakıda məktəbdə şagirdlər arasında stabbing

A stabbing incident occurred at Secondary School No. 203 in Səbail district.

Aztəhsil.az reports that a dispute arose in the educational institution's cafeteria between two ninth-grade students studying at that school.

During the dispute, one of the students injured another peer with a knife. The injured student was taken to the hospital due to the injuries sustained.

“They were students from different classes, they had a disagreement, and a dispute arose between them. The incident happened right in front of my child, the child was very scared,” – one of the parents stated.

Regarding the matter, the Baku City Education Department stated that on March 13, around 10:25 AM, during a break at Secondary School No. 203 in Baku city, one of the ninth-grade students injured another. The injured student was immediately provided with medical assistance, emergency medical services and the students' parents were informed. The incident has been taken under control by relevant authorities, and investigations have commenced.

TƏBİB, in turn, reported that the injured student was hospitalized at the Clinical Medical Center. The patient was diagnosed with an incised-stab wound to the left thigh area and necessary medical services were provided. As his condition was assessed as satisfactory, he was discharged home for outpatient treatment.
