Students of the North-West region tested their knowledge in the logic olympiad and subject competitions
On March 15, the district round of the Lutfi Zadeh Mathematics-Logic Olympiad and Inter-school Subject Competitions was held with the participation of V, VI, and VII grade students studying in general education institutions operating under the Sheki-Zagatala Regional Education Department.

Mahal Mammadov, a responsible employee of the Regional Education Department, provided information.
The employee of the institution stated that a total of 3185 students participated in the district round of the Olympiad and competitions organized in 6 centers across the north-western region.
The Lutfi Zadeh Mathematics-Logic Olympiad was organized for V grade students, while the subject competitions were for VI and VII grade students. VI grade students took exams in mathematics, informatics, and natural sciences, while VII grade students took exams in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology.
The main purpose of the competitions is to identify talented students, to develop their logical and creative thinking skills, to foster a healthy competitive environment, and to conduct purposeful work with students.
