Citizen appeals' statistics

From March 1 to 15, a total of 16,991 citizen appeals were received by the Ministry of Science and Education and its subordinate institutions.
 
2,396 of the appeals were received electronically, 1,080 in written form, and 10,879 through call centers. Additionally, 2,636 appeals were registered during citizen receptions.
 
The received appeals were mainly related to student transfers, registration in preschool educational institutions, olympiads and competitions, recognition of foreign diplomas, and other educational matters.
