Electronic Registration for Grade I Appeal to Parents

The addresses of schools by micro-district for the electronic registration process for the first grade for the 2026-2027 academic year have been disclosed to citizens.

Information on this matter was provided to Aztəhsil.az by the Baku City Education Department.

It was stated that micro-districts for electronic registration for the first grade have been determined in accordance with the dislocation provided by the relevant executive authorities.

Citizens must verify that their permanent registration address (the address of homes in newly constructed buildings where the subscriber code of “Azerishig” OJSC is registered in their name) is included in the dislocation by accessing the relevant link (//baku.edu.gov.az/az/page/333). Parents whose permanent registration address (the address of homes in newly constructed buildings where the subscriber code of “Azerishig” OJSC is registered in their name) is not included in the dislocation can submit their suggestions and feedback by filling out the relevant form ( //baku.edu.gov.az/upload/file/sor%C4%9Fu%20form.xlsx) and approaching the education services section of “ASAN xidmət” centers No. 5, 6, and 7 by April 6, or by sending it to the email address [email protected].

Citizens with additional questions are advised to call the Call Center of the Baku City Education Department (146-1).

It was noted that parents whose permanent registration address is not included in the dislocation, parents whose permanent registration address is incorrectly recorded in the dislocation, as well as parents who, despite having their permanent registration address and corresponding school determined in the dislocation, prefer to choose another school citing objective reasons, can apply to “ASAN xidmət” centers No. 5, 6, and 7.
