OFFICIAL STATEMENT regarding the student who fell from the school window

The Baku City Education Department has released information regarding the fall of a student from the window of school No. 233 in the Garadagh district.

According to information provided to Aztəhsil.az- a by the Department, an 8th-grade student of secondary school No. 233 (the student's name is not mentioned for relevant reasons) fell from the second-floor window on March 17 while trying to skip class.

The school administration immediately called an ambulance. The student received initial medical assistance and was taken to a healthcare facility for examination:

"The student's parents and relevant authorities have been informed about the issue. The matter has been taken under control by the relevant authorities, and appropriate investigations have been initiated. Also, within the scope of the internal school investigation, conversations are being held with the student's classmates and teachers.

"Considering that an investigation is being conducted, the public is requested to approach the issue with more sensitivity and to refer to the official statements of the authorities regarding the incident," the statement said.
