“According to the current rules, the salaries of those who score 30-50 points in the exam stage of certification are increased by 10 percent, and the salaries of those who score 51-60 points are increased by 35 percent. Considering that more educators will be involved in certification, it is advisable to change these rules as well. It would be appropriate for the salaries of those who score more than 80 percent, not 51 points, in the exams to be increased by 35 percent, which is the last level”.
